Non-Discrimination Policy
The Owen Santarella Environmental Training Group, LLC (“OSETG”) does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, age, disability, or any other factor prohibited by law in the operation of any of its training programs and activities and the recruitment and employment of faculty and staff.
Enrollment & Deposits
Participants may register for courses on the OSETG website. OSETG students will not be placed on the roster, allowed in the classroom, or provided any study materials until full payment is provided.
Course Materials
OSETG's programs include all necessary equipment and course materials which will be provided at the course.
Travel, Lodging, and Other Expenses
OSETG reserves the right to change the day a course meets, change the location of a course, or cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen events. If OSETG must cancel a course, participants will be provided alternatives. OSETG is not responsible for non-refundable plane fares, hotel and car deposits, or any other expenses incurred by registrants in courses.
Certificates
OSETG provides a certificate of completion to students who complete 100% of the course(s) in which they have enrolled. Attendance will be taken to prove that the student was present for 100% of the course(s). OSETG's certificate of completion may serve as proof of one's attendance in a training course.
OSETG is a training provider for many certifying organizations. OSETG provides a certificate of completion to each student upon course completion. As with any license, certification or credential, students are responsible for researching the specific eligibility and re-certification requirements of their chosen professional certification program. OSETG will not be held responsible for a candidate's failure to meet eligibility requirements. The student is responsible for all costs and fees assessed by professional certification organizations.
Student Substitutions
Should a student be unable to attend a course, he or she may substitute another individual at no additional charge, provided OSETG is notified of the substitution before 5 p.m. (EST) one business day before the program begins. This substitution will count as a fulfilled transaction. If the original student decides to attend a future course, he/she will have to place a new order for the future course.
Transfers
If a student needs to transfer his or her registration to a future offering of this class, OSETG can arrange this, provided space is available. Students making this decision must submit a written request (by email) to OSETG. Students may be charged a transfer fee based on the schedule set forth below:
