Michael Owen’s interactive training class is for EH&S professionals that write, review or implement SPCC and FRC Plans. The workshop utilizes real world SPCC plans to determine compliance with the CWA. Scenarios will create environmental training exercises that will sensitize you to potential environmental compliance challenges and pitfalls simulate real-world operations. Attendees will troubleshoot several SPCC plans using the revised US EPA SPCC Guidance for Regional Inspectors and develop action plans to achieve "facility" compliance.
Learn first hand, working in small groups, how federal Enforcement Officers will review your SPCC plan and oil spill prevention programs for your facility. Develop strategies to address potential non-compliance issues and take immediate corrective actions to ensure compliance.
